Late Policy- Grace periods are often offered, but late arrivals may be subject to a shortened service or rescheduling. If the client is 5 minutes late and has scheduled a design, there’s a possibility that the design is not going to be done at the current appointment but can discuss the possibility of creating the design at the next appointment. If the client is 10 minutes late they forfeit their appointment with the cancellation policy of 50% of their scheduled appointment being charged to the card on file. Cancellation Policy- All appointments are subject to a 24 hour cancellation notice. Clients who fail to cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice will be considered a No Call No show and will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of their scheduled appointment to the card on file. No Call No show- If the client fails to show for their scheduled appointment the card on file will be charged the 50% cancellation fee. Payment methods- Cash, venmo and all major cards are accepted for payment. There is a processing fee of 3.5% for all card transactions. Pricing- Pricing may vary depending on the set being done, if you have any questions about pricing please ask at the beginning of the appointment. Behavior- I have the right to refuse service to anyone that behaves inappropriately towards me and/or anyone in the salon. Inappropriate behavior, including harassment of any kind, racism, or alcohol/drug-related issues, may lead to refusal of service without a refund. Nail Repairs- I guarantee my work up to 7 days after a service at my discretion. Nail art is not included and a charge may occur if a repair with nail art is needed. All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service provided, please contact me within 24 hours of your service for a resolution. The Nail Nook utilizes a rigorous sterilization process to ensure the safety and hygiene of all clients.
