Cancellation Policy

THE NAIL NOOK POLICIES Late Policy Grace periods may be offered; however, late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule. If you arrive 5 minutes late and have nail art or a design scheduled, there is a possibility that the design may not be completed during your current appointment. We can discuss recreating the design at a future appointment. If you arrive 10 minutes late, your appointment will be forfeited, and 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file. Cancellation Policy All appointments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients who fail to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. No-Call/No-Show Policy If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Clients who demonstrate a repeated pattern of late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to an increased fee of 75% of the scheduled service total. Continued occurrences may require a non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments. Any required deposit will be applied toward the final service total. Payment Methods Cash, Venmo, and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. A 3.5% processing fee applies to all card transactions. Pricing Pricing may vary depending on the service, length, nail art, and design being completed. If you have any questions regarding pricing, please ask at the beginning of your appointment. Behavior Policy I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who behaves inappropriately toward me or anyone else in the salon. Inappropriate behavior—including harassment of any kind, racism, or alcohol- or drug-related issues—may result in refusal or termination of service without a refund. Nail Repairs I guarantee my work for up to 7 days following your service, at my discretion. Nail art is not included in the repair guarantee, and an additional charge may apply if nail art needs to be recreated. Refund Policy All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact me within 24 hours of your appointment so I have the opportunity to address your concerns and work toward an appropriate resolution. Safety & Sanitation The Nail Nook follows thorough cleaning and disinfection procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for all clients. Security Cameras For the safety and security of myself, my clients, and The Nail Nook, security cameras are in use on the premises. By entering the salon, you acknowledge that video surveillance may be in use. Cameras are used strictly for safety and security purposes.
